ASK THE MANAGER

Sean Woodrow

Special is Medway Town. The family feels that the club is next to none. You can talk football to one person, then personal to another. We all have the same goals and aspirations. Make this club great. Im proud to call it my club!
For me, the best game came from a loss. Usually as managers were quick to always think about the win. However, that game my team didn’t once give up. They used everything in training that week and applied it to the game. Pure emotion and determination keeped them going to unfortunately conced in the final minute.
My highlight has to be winning the King of the Town tournament. It felt like a great amount of pressure lifted to win your own tournament
I look forward to seeing how the boys respond from the previous weeks game and how they conduct themselves.
I used to be involved with the Mens game. It certainly took me a while to adapt and change my coaching style for youth. Now it’s my favourite part of the week!
For me, it is always going to be agiant the other Medway Town team in our league and also every game as it guaranteed to be different.
I would love to bring back Inesta or Xavi. They were two great players who made everything look effortless from their passing to movement
My Dad. He was the one who encouraged me to get into football. Without him pushing me to say I wouldn’t be doing what I love now.
I want my team to continue to compete at the highest level they can but also to continue to grow as gentlemen.
For me personally, I want to continue to have a positive influence and impact on my team. Knowing each week they leave training or a match, they have accomplished something
If I did, I certainly wouldn’t let anyone know.
