I joined Medway town due to my daughter. She watched England Lionesses win the euros in 2022 and from then she wanted to join a team for herself. My Sunday football days were coming to an end due to injury, and what better way to keep my foot on the ball than coaching my daughter and her team. 

What I love about the club is the heart of everyone involved within Medway Town, the inspiring attitude of the kids and watching football bring communities and families together. 

Fun fact about myself; I’m absolutely terrified of spiders and anything horror related. Not a fun fact for me but I’m sure it’s a fun fact for others to know!

What I would like to achieve from coaching the under 11 Pinx team is the hope that I can inspire the girls to have a ‘non-give-up’ attitude no matter the score, and hopefully get the gold medal this year in our home tournament as we got silver last year. 

Favourite memory so far would be receiving a managers trophy last season and feeling appreciated even after just a very short time of stepping in to coach the girls at the end of last season. Everyone one at Medway Town has made me feel very welcome and part of one big footballing family. UP THE TOWN
