Medway Town FC and iTrust have partnered to allow the voices of those with knowledge of wrongdoing to be heard in a safe, anonymous and non-judgemental environment.

It was also formed to allow positive voices to be heard, where praising colleagues or making a suggestions within Medway Town FC in a supportive manner, which helps transform culture.

How does it work?

With our own QR code and simple-to-use app, any of our managers, coaches, parents and players can navigate through a number of pages and send a report straight to our confidential inbox. They can attach any evidence they may have on their phone to help progress an enquiry or potentially implement change within the club.

Is it anonymous?

It’s truly anonymous but the user can provide their details should they choose. Another reason for the implementation was to have a ZERO tolerance in regards to abuse on the sidelines as well as unwanted negative comments aimed at referees and players. Shouting abuse from across the pitch whilst players of both home and away teams, playing, having fun needs to stop. So we wanted to set the precedent in this area.

We always want to encourage all levels of ability and keep the “Family Feel” to this club. We are all volunteers that share a passion for “FOOTBALL” so please enjoy our club and let the children grow and have fun and experience with their new friends.

The most important thing for our football club is the children. From the age of 3 they start their journey in what’s known as the “Creche”. They will adopt the basic skills to learn our beautiful game. They will start to learn, ball control, passing, interaction with other children and balance, which will all include the fun element.

All of us here at Medway Town FC support Kick it Out! There is no room for racism anywhere! This includes GrassRoots football.
