This is my third season with the club and we have journeyed as a group from bringing together girls that have never played before, losing most of the first season games, to a 12 Game unbeaten run in season two, but we will always remember that first win
Working hard together as a team , coaching sessions are really enjoyable, seeing the group grow in confidence and ability
When the girls arrive to training the enjoyable chitter chatter between them and the fun they have
I have previously completed my uefa B coaching badges and coached and managed adult womens teams after playing myself, then having a break to have a family i had no idea i would ever return, but as soon as my daughter asked to play i knew i wanted to coach again
We have been rewarded for all our hard work with division one football this year , i am looking forward to the challenge this brings, as well as its our first season as competitive structure with league tables and results and a cup game, the cup games will be our first experience of being in a cup as well
The england womens team are such fantastic role models for our girls, would love to bring in mary earps, what she brought to winning euro team was so good so good
Mostly followed mens football growing up and a man utd fan so has to be david beckham
To establish ourselves as a successful side and to have cup success, also to ensure we remain a safe place for young girls to learn football, develop confidence and build resilience
Genuinely my aspirations are for the players, but i am also happy to share my coaching experiences to develop others
