ASK THE MANAGER

Paul Arney

The family feel around the club and the amazing people that the club have brought on.
It’s not the winning by high score. The best game is when my team have played great football and there supporting eachother and talking with eachother on the pitch.
Also showing respect to the other team like when we played a team who’s coach had just died and they was upset when playing and my team comforted them and helped them during the game, as that’s what it’s all about being the people in the world back together .
How everyone in the club always comes together and even when we got job and life’s we still find time to put effort in to make this special time in the children’s life’s.
Making sure every child in my team has fun and enjoys my training sessions and games. I like to build a safe environment for all types of children to come and have football as a get away from home or school.
I love football it’s my life, I’ve got 3 children that love football as much as me, so I always thought I would do something in football
What I’m looking forward to this season is if I can give my knowledge of the game to the boys and help my team play great football and with a smile on there face, if my training session pay off and the children learn from me all they can then, that’s what makes me happy as I only do this for them and not my self.
cesc fabregas – i think he has a great footballing Brain and i think he could help my team ln learning how to read the game, as a lot of children love football but don’t always watch football now days.
David beckham always wanted to be like him as I think of how I played the games was just like how he did and it’s why I still wear my number 7 shirt now, which all my children do aswell which is so great to see.
I would like to keep my team together and stay the same through the ages groups, this team is going from strength to strength and the skys the limit for these boys, this is a talented team. If we can get promoted every season and with smiles on there faces still then I’ve done my job.
I would love to keep giving all I can to children in football and help anyway I can, I feel I am a good coach and coach in the right way, I put 100% effort in trying to improve all the time, we are never to old to stop learning I will strive to keep improving in what I do.
I don’t but I do feel I can help anyone in football to become the best version of themselves. It’s doesn’t matter if you have never played before or have any medical conditions, I feel I coach in a way for everyone to enjoy it and hopefully make a mark in there life’s to help grow in to best adults they can be.
