It’s a well run club, that really takes the time to look after the mangers, players and even the parents. Such a forward thinking club, always looking to raise the bar on what makes a club. Also always happy to not be the norm and I like that.
Last game of last season. Massive win of 7-1 against a team we lost too a month before. It’s the first time i saw the team come together and work hard for each other and it’s pushed on to this year.
Just seeing the smiles of the boys faces when they do well. I have a few lads that lack in confidence, just seeing them grow and see the team come together as a family.
See the lads grow in confidence and see the realisation of what I teach them in training shine through in match days.
No, I’ve only ever coached adults teams. Had no want to be a youth coach. But it has been great and wouldn’t change it for the world.
I just want to see the boys do great. Have fun, grow in confidence and hopefully get a few wins and more points then last year to show growth.
Being a big Millwall fan, Tim Cahill will always be a big part of my youth. Great player and goal machine.
This is the same for me every season. Just to improve on last and get the group of lads I have to improve week on week.
Just to see the lads happy and growing. I try to teach them life skills as well, so to see them grow into great young adults will be great.
None that I say on here I’m afraid.
