Meet the team

ASK THE MANAGER

As a new Manager this season, this first thing that is evident throughout the club is passion and commitment from everyone involved!
The clear priority for the club is that respect, development and above all…. The welfare of everyone from players, supporters and referees is the measure of success!

This is my first season as a Manager and am currently building a new team…. Watching the team develop through training has been my favourite experience so far

 Building relationships with my team…. Getting to know them individually and watching them gel and support each other as a team.

Planning and carrying out training sessions that focuses on building skill and confidence for the team

Not initially…. But being a parent / linesman on the sidelines, it was hard not to become passionate about the club and what is being built here at Medway Town

As it’s my first season, I am looking forward to seeing the team develop! Ask me again next season…. 
David Beckham…. His commitment, work rate and professionalism for the sport is a great example for all of our young players
My Dad…. He has always been the man I look up to in all aspects of life and it doesn’t hurt that he was a successful fully qualified FA coach
This season is to grow their confidence and ensure they enjoy football…. Next season will be to win our division!
To build a strong coaching team for U16’s Green with the ability to bring the best out of our players
Art…. I’m not too bad and drawing/ sketching
