Towns special because it feels like a second home.
All the managers and committee members are welcoming and helpful.
In recent years, iv seen many highs and lows
But for me, it was my girls’ drawing against Cuxton
Yes, a draw! Some would say! But my team was unbelievable that day
Cuxton came to our turf unbeaten and scored against everyone else in the league.
But not only did we hold them to a 0-0 draw, we had the better chances and was extremely unlucky to only get the 1 point
If im honest, the highlight of managing at town is hard to pinpoint to one point
But managing my team, the highlight would be just watching my girls developing each year
As a highlight as a manager with in town, it’s just how easy everyone is to get on with the jokes and laughs we have come rain or shine
Personally, it’s match day!
There is nothing better than watching my team try to improve and grow each week
Honestly, no. If u asked me 5 years ago what I would be doing now, the last answer I would have given is that im going into my 4th season as a manager.
For me, it’s Medway United in November
There is our first game this season, so i will be looking forward to the return fixture so I can see how much we’ve improved in the 2 months
From a personal level, I would want Ronaldo.
Purley due to work rate and determination to improve each week
I think having someone like that around would only help everyone, including myself, improve and adapt and learn
From a football standpoint, I idolised Beckham
What he can do with a football is unreal
Next couple of season I would like to see us go up a division this year will be difficult to begin with but I believe we will learn what we need to do as a squad and achieve this next year
My own aspirations are boring to some
But I would like to just continue giving girls an opportunity to learn football and continue to help them develop
Short answer no
But I can hit 180 on a dartboard
