I joined Medway Town last season after taking over from the previous manager who left. Only four children remained, one of them being my son, and we built the team up from there. 

I love how much of a community Medway Town is. All managers are there to help and support each other. This is all possible because of the main management team. 

Before becoming my wife’s full-time carer, I ran my own construction business. 

My ultimate goal whilst managing a team at Medway Town is to take this team as far as they can go, help the boys develop and grow their passion for the game. 

I haven’t been with the team long, but my favourite memory from the team so far is my team; a division 4 team, playing against a division 2 team for a cup game, managing to hold them off through normal and extra time, and only losing through penalties at 4-3. Although we ‘lost’, this was and is still a great achievement for the boys. This makes me excited for the team going forward.
