I re-joined Medway town due to them setting up a new team, I wanted the players to see that they can be part of a community, not just a team.
The club supports all aspects of the team.
U9 was the best age group to coach as they are old enough to listen and learn but still young enough to 100% enjoyment regardless of the result
I simply want the boys to be better footballers at the end of the season than at the start
Club legends day. It is an amazing day for the players across the club. We organise Club legends to come in and take photos of each team player which they can look back at when they are older
